摘要
该文介绍雷达保障性分析的过程,涉及制定保障性要求、确定维修保障方案、优化保障资源等多个方面。同时,基于保障性分析的基本方法和步骤,结合某雷达的技术特点,采用故障模式影响分析(FMEA)、以可靠性为中心的维修分析(RCMA)和修理级别分析步骤(RLA)的方法对其开展保障性分析,为雷达装备的保障性设计提供重要理论和实践指导。
This paper introduces the process of radar supportability analysis,which involves many aspects such as formulating supportability requirements,determining maintenance support plans,and optimizing support resources.At the same time,based on the basic methods and steps of supportability analysis and the technical characteristics of a certain radar,the methods of Failure Mode Impact Analysis(FMEA),Reliability-centered Maintenance Analysis(RCMA)and Repair Level Analysis Step(RLA)are used to carry out supportability analysis and provide important theoretical and practical guidance for the supportability design of radar equipment.
