摘要
随着人工智能技术的飞速发展,我们已经迈入了一个全新的时代。这个时代不仅带来了技术和生活方式的巨大变革,而且深刻地影响着社会意识形态的构成和发展。人工智能时代的主流意识形态话语权呈现出技术中立性幻觉、数据权力集中、全球化与地域差异等特点。当前,关于人工智能的主流话语集中在发展至上观、道德伦理关注和安全与监管议题等方面。面对这一时代的挑战,我们需要关注话语权分布的不均衡、社会伦理的重构和全球合作的必要性,以促进人工智能技术的健康发展和社会的全面进步。本文旨在探讨人工智能时代主流意识形态话语权的现状、挑战与未来发展,为理解和指导这一时代的意识形态变迁提供参考。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,we have entered a new era.This era has not only brought about significant technological and lifestyle changes,but also profoundly influenced the composition and development of social ideology.The mainstream ideological discourse power in the era of artificial intelligence presents characteristics such as the illusion of technological neu-trality,concentration of data power,globalization,and regional differences.Currently,the mainstream discourse on artificial intelligence focuses on the development oriented view,ethical concerns,and safety and regulatory issues.Faced with the challenges of this era,we need to pay attention to the uneven distribution of discourse power,the reconstruction of social ethics,and the necessity of global cooperation to promote the healthy development of artificial intelligence technology and the comprehensive progress of society.This article aims to explore the current situation,challenges,and future development of mainstream ideological discourse power in the era of artificial intelligence,pro-viding reference for understanding and guiding ideological changes in this era.
