摘要
随着城市快速发展,城市人口数量迅速增长,城市建设用地高度集约,教育资源需求急剧扩增。为适应城市土地、人口规模、教育理念的发展,文章结合笔者近年在大连地区的设计实践工作,从集约化校园总体空间布局和集约化教学建筑设计方法应用两方面,探讨研究适应北方城市集约环境下中小学校园设计的有效方法。希望通过对这些设计方法的分析与整理,总结一些应对此类项目的实践策略,为未来的设计实践提供切实可行的参考和指引。
With the rapid development of cities,the size of urban population is expanding rapidly,urban construction land is becoming highly intensive,and the demand for educational resources is expanding rapidly.In order to adapt to the development of urban land,population size and educational concept,based on the author’s design practice in Dalian in recent years,from the two aspects of the overall spatial layout of the intensive campus and the application of the design method for the intensive teaching buildings,this paper discusses the effective methods for the design of campuses in primary and secondary schools in the intensive environment of northern cities.Through the analysis and sorting out of these design methods,the paper summarizes some practical strategies of such projects,which provides practical references and guidance for future design practice.
