摘要
融冰雪路面能够在寒冷环境下保障路表抗滑和道路通行能力。文中采用自制高黏改性沥青,基于填充体积等效置换法将矿粉替换为融雪剂,评估了不同融雪剂掺量对高黏改性沥青混合料高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性、抗水损害性能和集料飞散抵抗性能的影响。试验表明,内掺融雪剂的蓄盐型高黏改性沥青混合料,其高、低温性能、水稳定性及集料飞散抵抗性,均符合现行规范中沥青混合料性能指标要求。当矿粉完全被置换为融雪剂时,需要加入抗剥落剂以提高混合料的水稳定性能。因此蓄盐型沥青混合料路面,建议融雪剂最佳掺入量为矿粉35%~70%。
Snow and ice on roads seriously threaten the safety of traffic operations,while the traditional’passive’snow and ice removal technology is to remove snow after snow.Snow removal does not remove ice,which not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also causes certain harm to the road surface and surrounding infrastructure and environment.As a kind of active deicing technology,salt storage asphalt pavement has attracted more and more attention.It mainly adopts salt storage asphalt pavement additive to replace fine aggregate or mineral powder in asphalt mixture to change the internal material composition of traditional pavement.Under the action of vehicle load and capillary,the snow melting salt contained is gradually precipitated to the pavement,which plays an active role in deicing.In this paper,self-made high-viscosity modified asphalt was used to replace part or all of the mineral powder with snow melting agent based on the filling volume equivalent replacement method.The effects of different snow melting agent contents on the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water damage resistance and aggregate scattering resistance of high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture were evaluated.Results show that the high and low temperature performance,water stability and aggregate scattering resistance of salt storage high viscosity modified asphalt mixture with snow melting agent can meet the requirements of asphalt mixture performance index stipulated in the current specification.When the mineral powder is completely replaced as a snow melting agent,an anti-stripping agent needs to be added to improve the water stability of the mixture.Therefore,it is suggested that the optimum amount of snow melting agent is 35%~70%for salt storage asphalt mixture pavement.
