摘要
无人驾驶汽车已经走进人们的日常生活,但是人们对无人驾驶汽车使用意向影响因素的理解还不够全面,特别是针对旅游景区运营的无人驾驶汽车。文章根据技术接受模型,结合前期研究成果,针对旅游景区无人驾驶汽车的使用意向影响因素展开研究。通过问卷调查法,收集有效问卷455份,应用SPSS和AMOS软件进行统计分析。研究发现,感知安全性、感知功能性、感知易用性和感知有用性都能对行为意向产生显著的积极影响,但是作用方式不一样。感知功能性通过感知有用性对行为意向产生间接影响,而感知安全性和感知易用性可以直接或间接对行为意向产生影响,感知有用性在感知功能性、感知安全性和感知易用性对行为意向的影响中起到中介作用。
Driverless cars have come into people’s daily life,but the understanding of the influencing factors of the intention to use driverless cars is not comprehensive enough,especially for the driverless cars operating in tourist attractions.This study,based on the technology acceptance model,combined with the results of previous research,launches a study on the influencing factors of the use intention of driverless cars in tourist attractions.Through the questionnaire survey method,455 valid questionnaires are collected,and SPSS and AMOS software are applied for statistical analysis.This study finds that perceived safety,perceived functionality,perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness can all have a significant positive impact on behavioral intention,but they work in different ways.Perceived functionality needs to have an indirect effect on behavioral intention through perceived usefulness,while perceived safety and perceived ease of use can directly and indirectly have an effect on behavioral intention,and perceived usefulness plays a mediating role in the effect of perceived functionality,perceived safety and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention.
