摘要
提出了一种创新的多波束天线,该天线的创新通过调整天线单元之间的相位关系并对其编码操作来实现。文中设计了两款宽带双向辐射微带天线,二者间相位差约为180°,分别对应数字编码中的“0”单元和“1”单元。根据数字编码超表面原理,为实现+z和-z方向的双波束分裂,采取“01010101”周期性编码排列;这种编码方式不仅保证了波束分裂的效果,还为实现多波束提供了可能。为验证其理论正确性,进一步设计了1×8线阵。全波仿真结果表明:天线阵列在13 GHz时获得指向约为±50°和±130°四波束,相对带宽为44.6%,最高增益9.4 dBi。为获得更高增益,组成3×8面阵,在保持波束数目及指向不变的情况下,该面阵的相对带宽超过30%,最高增益达到13.4 dBi。所设计的编码天线不仅实现了宽带、高增益的性能,还展现出了良好的多波束特性。
An innovative multi-beam antenna is proposed,whose novelty is achieved by adjusting the phase relationship between antenna elements and performing encoding operations on them.Two types of broadband bidirectional radiating microstrip antennas are designed in this paper,with a phase difference of approximate 180°between them,corresponding to the"0"element and"1"element in digital coding.According to the principle of digital coding metasurface,a periodic coding arrangement of"01010101"is adopted to achieve dual-beam splitting in the+z and-z directions.This encoding method not only ensures the effectiveness of beam splitting,but also makes it possible to realize multiple beams.To verify the correctness of the theory,a 1×8 linear array is further designed.Full wave simulation results show that the antenna array obtains four beams pointing at approximate±50°and±130°at 13 GHz,with a relative bandwidth of 44.6%and a maximum gain of 9.4 dBi.To achieve higher gain,a 3×8 planar array is constructed,with a relative bandwidth of over 30%and a maximum gain of 13.4 dBi while maintaining the same number and direction of beams.The designed encoding antenna not only achieves broadband and high gain performance,but also exhibits good multi-beam characteristics.
