摘要
为有效降低隧道实测爆破振动信号中噪声干扰,提出一种基于变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)联合独立分量分析(Independent Component Analysis,ICA)的去噪方法。将原信号依次在不同分解模态数K下进行VMD分解预处理,利用分量能量差参数θ分析确定模态数K,通过信噪比SNR选取最优的惩罚因子α值;在最佳参数K、α下,原始信号经VMD分解可获得一系列频率从高到低排列的本征模态分量(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)。为最大程度保留原信号真实成分,通过FastICA算法对IMF分量进行盲源分离,得到与IMF分量相同数量的ICA分量,将各个ICA分量进行排列熵(Permutation Entropy,PE)的随机性检测,准确区分并去除噪声分量,同时对低噪进行平滑处理。将处理后的ICA分量重构得到去噪后的振动信号。利用仿真信号检验该方法的可行性并与现有去噪方法对比得出:VMD-ICA算法的去噪信号波形和去噪效果指标均优于EMD和小波阈值去噪算法。对实测爆破振动信号进行去噪处理表明:VMD算法不仅可以较好地剔除信号中的干扰成分,而且能快速地提取信号中的有用信息。
In order to effectively reduce the noise interference in the tunnel blasting vibration signal,a de-noising method based on variational mode decomposition and independent component analysis was proposed.The original signal was preprocessed by VMD decomposition under different decomposition modal number K successively,and the modal number K was determined by component energy difference parameter θ,and the optimal penalty factorαwas selected by SNR;Under the optimal parameters K、α,the original signal could be decomposed by VMD to obtain a series of intrinsic mode function with frequency from high to low.In order to retain the true components of the original signal to the greatest extent,FastICA algorithm was used to perform blind source separation of IMF components to obtain ICA components with the same number as IMF components.The randomness of each ICA component was detected by permutation entropy,and noise components were accurately differentiated and removed,while low frequency noise was smoothed.The processed ICA component was reconstructed to obtain the de-noised vibration signal.The feasibility of this method is verified by simulation signal and compared with existing de-noising methods,the following results are obtained:The de-noising signal waveform and effect index of VMD-ICA algorithm are better than those of EMD and wavelet threshold de-noising algorithm.De noising the measured blasting vibration signal shows that:VMD algorithm can not only eliminate the interference in the signal,but also quickly extract the useful information in the signal.
