摘要
基于净化空调系统高精密控制与节能需求,首次开发了专项运维平台,通过多维度关联分析与智能诊断,提供精准、高效、智能的综合解决方案。应用结果显示,平台可显著提高系统运行稳定性、降低系统能耗、减少人工干预和维护成本。
Based on the high-precision control and energy-saving requirements of cleanroom air conditioning systems,a specialized operations and maintenance platform has been developed for the first time.This platform provides precise,efficient,and intelligent comprehensive solutions through multidimensional correlation analysis and intelligent diagnostics.
