丘陵山地作业机械电动实时辅力系统设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Real-time Electric Auxiliary Power System for Hilly and Mountainous Area Machinery

摘要 针对目前丘陵山区小型耕整机械动力弱、效率低、适用场景少的问题,研究了一套电动实时辅力系统装置。首先,采用双轴并联式定轴转矩动力耦合方案实现了柴油机与电动机的动力耦合;其次,引入超越离合器作为关键耦合部件,利用其单向传载原理,有效解决了简单并联系统运行过程中的逆转冲击问题;最后,针对丘陵山区耕整作业复杂土壤环境下的动态变载荷特性,基于微处理器开发了一套电动实时辅力控制系统,运用模糊控制方法,有效克服了传统控制方法难以建立所需精确数学模型的难题,实现了电机对耕整作业动力需求的动态实时响应。田间试验表明:在开沟作业中,启用动力辅助装置后,平均沟深稳定性系数由92.8%提升至97.6%,平均作业油耗降低13.8%,平均工作效率提升18.7%。因此,设计研究的电动实时辅力系统通过使用电动机对内燃机提供辅助动力,在运行过程中实现对负载变化的动态响应,从而显著提升作业机械的动力性能、减少排放、降低能耗,提高整机作业效率,使其满足丘陵山地作业基本要求。 In response to the current issues of weak power,low efficiency,and limited applicability of small-scale tillage machinery in hilly and mountainous areas,an electric real-time assistance system was conducted.Firstly,a dual-axis parallel torque coupling scheme was employed to achieve power coupling between the diesel engine and electric motor.Secondly,a key coupling component,the overrunning clutch,was introduced to effectively address the impact problem during the simple and connected system operation through its one-way transmission principle.Lastly,considering the dynamic load characteristics of complex soil environments in hilly and mountainous areas,an electric real-time assistance control system was developed based on a microprocessor.Using fuzzy control methods,it successfully overcame the challenge of establishing precise mathematical models with traditional control methods,achieving dynamic real-time response of the electric motor to the power demands of tillage operations.Field trials showed that,in trenching operations,the average stability coefficient of trench depth increased from 92.8%to 97.6%,fuel consumption decreased by 13.8%,and average working efficiency improved by 18.7%when the power assistance device was activated.Therefore,the designed electric real-time assistance system,by utilizing the electric motor to provide auxiliary power to the internal combustion engine,dynamically responds to load changes during operation.This significantly enhances the power performance of the agricultural machinery,reduces emissions,lowers energy consumption,improves overall operational efficiency,and meets the basic requirements for operations in hilly and mountainous terrain.
