金坛盐穴储气库固井技术研究与应用

摘要 针对金坛盐穴储气库固井存在的地层承压能力低、固井施工易漏失、储气库注采交变应力条件下对水泥石力学性能要求高等难题,通过开发抗盐低温早强水泥浆体系,优选盐水隔离液体系,配套变排量注替施工、阶梯密度水泥浆柱结构、模拟顶替效率和优化施工参数等技术措施,形成了盐穴储气库特色固井技术,模拟套管居中度83.5%,顶替效率95.09%,实现了水泥浆一次性上返,固井施工无漏失,电测固井质量盐顶以上100 m连续优质。该技术创造了金坛盐穴储气库JK井区φ244.5 mm生产套管固井连续11井次固井质量优质的纪录,为该地区及其他地区盐穴储气库规模化建设提供了技术支撑。 In view of the problems of low formation pressure bearing capacity,leakage during cementing and high mechanical properties of cement stone under alternating stress conditions in salt cavern gas storage in Jintan District,China,through the development of salt-resistant lowtemperature early-strength cement slurry system,the optimization of brine isolation system,the matching of variable displacement displacement construction,step density cement slurry column structure,the simulation of displacement efficiency and the optimization of construction parameters,etc.,the characteristic cementing technology of salt cavern gas storage is formed,the simulated casing is in the middle of 83.5%,the displacement efficiency is 95.09%,the cement slurry can come up once,the cementing operation has no leakage,and the electric logging cementing quality is 100 m continuous and high quality above the salt top.This technique has created a record of high quality ofΦ244.5 mm production casing cementing for 11 consecutive wells in JK area of Jintan salt cavern gas storage,and provided technical support for the large-scale construction of salt cavern gas storage in this area and other areas.
