摘要
以华北某典型电镀厂地块土壤污染为背景,对地块土壤与地下水开展详细调查与风险评估。结果表明,在居住用地的使用前提下,土壤有3种污染物超过地块筛选值,分别为铬(六价)、镍、总铬,有2种污染物(铬(六价)、镍)的人体健康风险超过了可接受水平,地块土壤需采取治理修复或管控措施。结合风险评估与修复需求,以及电镀厂土壤的重金属复合污染情况,提出了固化/稳定化技术、电动修复技术、土壤洗涤技术、化学氧化技术和微生物-植物联合修复技术等修复电镀厂地块土壤污染策略,为该地块及类似的场所的环境治理提供了技术依据。
This study focuses on soil pollution at a typical electroplating plant site in North China,conducting a detailed investigation and risk assessment of both soil and groundwater.The results indicate that,under residential land use conditions,three contaminants exceed the site screening values(hexavalent chromium,nickel,and total chromium).Among these,two contaminants(hexavalent chromium and nickel)pose human health risks that exceed acceptable levels,necessitating remediation or control measures for the soil.Considering the risk assessment and remediation needs,as well as the complex pollution of heavy metals at the electroplating plant site,this study proposes several remediation strategies:Solidification/stabilization,electrokinetic remediation,soil washing technology,chemical reduction technique and microbial-plant combined remediation.These strategies provide a technical basis for environmental management of the site and similar locations.
