摘要
模具智能制造是模具行业发展的重要方向,也是制造业未来发展的趋势。随着科技的不断进步和智能制造技术的快速发展,模具智能制造行业对复合型人才的需求也越来越大。如何培养出适应模具智能制造行业需求的高素质复合型人才,成为当前模具智能制造行业发展的重要课题。探讨和研究了育人用人和行业技术发展引领的人才标准,模具智能制造行业对复合型人才的要求,以及模具智能制造复合型人才培养模式等,以期为模具智能制造行业复合型人才培养提供一些有益的参考。
Intelligent manufacturing of die & mold is an important direction for the development of the die & mold industry and also a trend for the future development of the manufacturing industry.With the continuous progress of technology and the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the demand for composite talents in the die & mold intelligent manufacturing industry is also increasing.How to cultivate high-quality composite talents that meet the needs of the intelligent die & mold manufacturing industry has become an important issue in the current development of the intelligent die & mold manufacturing industry.This article mainly explores and studies the talent standards for talent cultivation and industry technology development,the requirements of the die &mold intelligent manufacturing industry for composite talents,and the training mode of composite talents in die & mold intelligent manufacturing,in order to provide some useful references for the cultivation of composite talents in the die & mold intelligent manufacturing industry.
