摘要
旨在通过探讨灯光颜色对SPF鸡育雏质量的影响,筛选出一种适合SPF鸡育雏期使用的灯光颜色。将360只0日龄SPF鸡随机均分为绿光组、白光组、红光组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只,分别放置在采用绿色、白色、红色LED灯管照明的饲养隔离器内,饲养至4周龄,在育雏期(0~4周龄)每周统计雏鸡存活率、增重、体重均匀度、料重比及胫骨长。结果:红光组4周的存活率显著高于其他2组(P<0.05);3组的累计4周增重情况差异不显著(P>0.05),其中红光组的增重最多;体重均匀度方面,红光组1~4周的体重均匀度均显著高于其他2组同期值(P<0.05);3组的料重比、胫骨长指标差异不显著(P<0.05);综合动物存活率、增重、体重均匀度、料重比、胫骨长这5个指标比较,红光组在存活率、增重及体重均匀度指标优于其他2组,料重比和胫骨长指标与其他2组差异不显著。综上,红光是较为理想的SPF雏鸡育雏期使用的灯光颜色。
To explore the effect of light color on the quality of SPF chicks in the breeding stage,an appropriate light color was selected for the SPF chicks in the rearing period.3600-day-old SPF chicks were evenly divided into three groups receiving different light treatment:the green light group,the white light group,and the red light group.Each group consisted of three replicates,with 40 chicks per replicate.The chicks were placed in feeding isolators illuminated by green,white,and red light in LED tubes and were raised until 4 weeks of age.During the incubation period(0-4 weeks of age),five indicators of animal survival rate,weight gain,body weight uniformity,feed to weight ratio,and tibia length were calculated and measured weekly.The results showed that the survival rate of the red light group at 4 weeks of age was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The difference in the cumulative four week weight gain among the three groups was not significant(P>0.05),with the red light group showing the comparatively highest weight gain.In terms of body weight uniformity,that of the red light group at 1-4 weeks of age was higher than that of the other two groups of the same age(P<0.05).The difference in material to weight ratio and tibia length index among the three groups was not significant(P<0.05).Comparing the five indicators of animal survival rate,weight gain,body weight uniformity,feed to weight ratio,and tibia length,the red light group was superior to the other two groups in terms of survival rate,weight gain,and body weight uniformity.However,there was no significant difference in feed to weight ratio and tibia length indicators,compared with those of the other two groups.In summary,red light was an ideal light color for SPF chicks in their breeding period.
