摘要
工业互联网作为新型工业化的数字底座和发展新质生产力的关键驱动力,日益成为制造企业绿色转型的重要基石。本文基于数字技术可供性视角,通过海尔“可持续灯塔工厂”建设的案例研究,提出了工业互联网平台助力制造企业绿色转型的理论框架。研究发现:数字技术应用特征和组织转型目标的交互形成数字技术可供性机制形成的条件;数字技术可供性的内部呈叠加聚合的关系,二级数字技术可供性的叠加聚合形成了对内部生产要素、生产关系和生产能力的优势叠加与功能聚合效应;企业绿色转型主要体现为工业互联网平台助力生产要素、生产关系和生产能力三个层面的绿色变革。生产资源层面,工业互联网平台通过融合生成和组织记忆两大功能可供性,推动实现绿色生产要素建构;生产关系层面,工业互联网平台通过感知学习和联动协作两大关系可供性,推动实现绿色生产关系互联;生产能力层面,工业互联网平台通过流程管理和社会交互两大结构可供性,推动实现绿色生产能力撬动。研究结论丰富了企业绿色转型和数字技术可供性理论,并为我国制造企业利用工业互联网平台实现绿色转型提供实践启示。
As the digital foundation of new industrialization and a key driver of new productive forces,the industrial internet is becoming a cornerstone for the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the perspective of digital technology affordance and a case study of Haier’s“Sustainable Lighthouse Factory”,it proposed a theoretical framework for how industrial internet platforms facilitate green transformation.The results show that the interaction between the characteristics of digital technology application and organizational transformation goal establishes the conditions for the formation of digital technology affordances.Digital technology affordances internally exhibit a cumulative and aggregative relationship,where the layering and aggregation of secondary affordances create synergistic effects by enhancing internal production factors,production relations,and production capacities.Green transformation of enterprises is primarily reflected in the industrial internet platform’s assistance in the green transformation at three levels of production factors,production relations,and production capabilities.At the production resource level,the platform enables green construction of production factors through affordances of integration and organizational memory.At the production relation level,the platform fosters green connectivity of production relations through affordances of perceptual learning and collaborative interaction.At the production capacity level,the platform drives green leverage of production capabilities through affordances of process management and social interaction.The conclusion enriches theories of enterprise green transformation and digital technology affordance,and provides practical insights for manufacturing enterprises to achieve green transformation via industrial internet platforms.
