养老机构护理人员共情疲劳现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Empathy Fatigue Status among Nursing Staffs in Elderly Care Institutions

摘要 目的调查分析养老机构护理人员共情疲劳现状。方法采用一般资料调查问卷和共情疲劳量表对431名养老机构护理人员进行问卷调查。结果养老机构护理人员共情疲劳量表3个维度得分均超出临界值,属于重度共情疲劳。431名养老机构护理人员中,中度共情疲劳占42.92%,重度共情疲劳占57.08%。每日工作时长、工作年限、临终护理经历、人事关系等是养老机构护理人员共情疲劳的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论养老机构护理人员共情疲劳状况处于重度水平,养老机构管理者应针对影响因素进行干预,改善养老机构护理人员共情疲劳状况。 Objective To investigate and analyze the status of empathy fatigue among nursing staffs in elderly care institutions.Methods A general information survey questionnaire and the Empathy Fatigue Scale were used to survey 431 nursing staffs in elderly care institutions.Results The scores of Empathy Fatigue Scale for nursing staffs in elderly care institutions exceeded the critical values in all three dimensions,indicating severe empathy fatigue.Among 431 nursing staffs in elderly care institutions,moderate empathy fatigue accounted for 42.92%and severe empathy fatigue accounted for 57.08%.Daily working hours,years of work experience,end-of-life care experience,and personnel relationships are factors that affect empathy fatigue among nursing staffs in elderly care institutions(P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy fatigue status of nursing staffs in elderly care institutions is at a severe level.Managers of elderly care institutions should intervene based on influencing factors to improve the empathy fatigue status of nursing staffs in elderly care institutions.
