福州城区热冷却能力与热缓解指数的时空变化

摘要 受城市化及全球气候变暖的影响,地表温度不断升高,与城市热射病相关的事件引起社会各界的高度关注。收集福州盆地近20年的Landsat 5,7,8卫星影像数据,通过支持向量机分类,对福州盆地区域城市热环境变化进行反演分析。将分类结果结合LULC数据及与热环境相关的参数输入InVEST模型,得出福州盆地范围内各区域单位面积冷却能力(CC)、热缓解能力(HM)以及地表温度的分布,利用ArcGIS综合评估冷却降温效果,为城市热岛问题的治理和城市规划提供参考。结果表明:1)福州市区降温效果不断减弱,减热能力低值区范围不断扩大,热缓解指数减小。2)福州盆地区域城镇建筑用地持续扩张,在城市化进程不断推进的过程中区域绿地占比缩减,地表单位面积冷却能力减弱。3)福州盆地热缓解指数在时空上皆呈现出趋向两级分布情况,热缓解能力分布不协调。 Influenced by urbanization and global climate warming,the land surface temperature(LST)in Fuzhou Basin has been steadily rising,drawing increasing attention to urban heat-related issues from both local governments and the scientific community.This study analyzed nearly 20 years of satellite imagery from Landsat 5,7,and 8 to examine changes in the urban thermal environment of Fuzhou Basin.Using the support vector machine(SVM)classification method,land use and land cover(LULC)maps were generated,and LST was retrieved.These datasets were integrated into the InVEST model to assess the spatial and temporal distribution of cooling capacity(CC)and heat mitigation(HM)per unit area,as well as surface temperature patterns across the basin.ArcGIS was employed to evaluate the cooling effects,providing theoretical support for addressing urban heat island issues and informing urban planning efforts.The results reveal that,1)the cooling effect in Fuzhou's urban areas has progressively weakened,with the extent of low heat mitigation zones expanding and the heat relief index declining.2)Urban land use in the basin has continued to grow,leading to a reduction in green space and a decline in the surface cooling capacity per unit area.3)The spatial and temporal distribution of heat relief indices exhibits an increasingly polarized pattern,with uneven distribution of heat mitigation capacity across the basin.This study highlights the importance of implementing urban planning strategies such as enhancing green infrastructure,increasing roadside vegetation,and preserving wetlands to mitigate the urban heat island effect.It offers practical insights for sustainable urban development and land use planning in Fuzhou Basin.
