二次开发风廓线探测资料在暴雨及短时强降水预报中的应用

摘要 利用风廓线雷达风场数据二次开发计算风暴相对螺旋度(SRH),统计分析了2020—2021年芜湖地区18次暴雨和短时强降水天气过程的SRH特征,同时对2020年一次大暴雨过程中的风廓线产品特征进行个例分析。结果表明:1)暴雨过程中SRH正负值均可能出现,对流发展旺盛时段同步于负值极大值出现时段,SRH数值大小与雨强大小并不一定成正比,SRH数值与降水量没有明显的线性关系;2)近80%个例SRH峰值提前于雨强极大值1~3 h出现,其中79%个例提前量为1~2 h,另外21%个例提前了3 h;3)在暴雨雨强最大值出现前2~4 h内,≥12 m·s^(-1)的强风速区呈中高层下传至低层趋势;边界层切变层的高度随降水开始向上发展,雨强最大时达到峰值,随降水结束开始变小;4)当风廓线信噪比(SNR)值≥40 db、垂直速度≥4 m·s^(-1)时,降水明显;当雨强最大时,SNR和垂直速度的最大值可达60 db和7 m·s^(-1)以上。 The main task of the pilot reform of collective operational construction land entering the market is to achieve the goal of sharing the same land and rights as state-owned construction land,farmers'collective income sharing,and smooth land circulation,by ways of improving the property rights system of collective operational construction land,streamlining the entry channels,and establishing a unified urban-rural trading market and supervision system.This study starts with the evolution of the reform system of the entry of collectively operational construction land into the market,and analyzes the pilot cases and effects of construction of collective rental housing led by towns and villages in Beijing to solve the difficulty of renting for the urban“sandwich class”,as well as the case of entry of collective operational construction land into the market in Fuzhou and Yongtai.This study analyzes the problems that currently exist in the pilot market,such as the lack of a mechanism for the same land and rights for urban and rural use,unclear income distribution system,and scattered and fragmented collective construction land.It proposes optimization measures such as clarifying property rights,improving the main functions and the mechanism for income distribution,optimizing planning and management,and activating land resources to further improve the system and service supervision of collective operational construction land transfer.
