摘要
将熟石灰掺量16%的渣土制成粒径12 mm球状坯料,经水热养护成功制备高强度颗粒料,测试颗粒破碎强度,并分析强度增长机理。结果表明,养护前坯料初始含水率极为关键,阴干至15%最佳,过高会使坯料在养护时因孔隙水问题碎裂,过低则因干缩降低强度。养护温度对反应进程和产物影响显著,200℃能生成高强度托勃莫来石,使颗粒破碎强度达到最高。养护时间上,200℃时,3 h生成硬硅钙石,3~12 h产物转变促使颗粒破碎强度提高,12 h达最高。将颗粒料用于路面基层等高附加值场景的最优制备参数:熟石灰掺量16%、低钙硅比的颗粒坯料初始含水率阴干至15%,在200℃进行水热养护,9 h颗粒破碎强度可达5.45 MPa。
In this study,the muck mixed with 16%slaked lime was made into 12 mm spherical billet,and the high strength granular material was successfully prepared by hydrothermal curing.With the breaking strength of particles as the key index,the mechanism of strength growth was systematically studied.The results show that the initial moisture content of the blank before curing is very critical,and the optimum moisture content is 15%.Excessively high will cause the billet to fracture during curing due to pore water issues,while excessively low will reduce strength due to drying shrinkage.Curing temperature has a significant effect on reaction process and products.High strength Tobermolite can be formed at 200℃,so that the crushing strength of particles reaches the maximum.As for curing time,xonotlite was formed in 3 h at 200℃,and the product transformation promoted the particle crushing strength to increase in 3~12 h,reaching the highest value in 12 h.Considering that granular materials can be used in batches for pavement base and other high added value scenarios,the optimum preparation parameters are obtained comprehensively:hydrated lime content of 16%,low calcium/silicon ratio of granular blank,initial moisture content of 15%in the shade,hydrothermal curing at 200℃,particle crushing strength of 9 h can reach 5.45 MPa.
