奶牛乳房炎检测方法的研究进展:传统方法、传感器与计算机视觉

摘要 乳房炎作为奶牛养殖业中常见且影响深远的疾病,其准确、快速的检测对于保障奶牛健康和乳制品质量至关重要。目前,乳房炎检测技术虽取得了一定进展,但仍面临诸多挑战。本文从传统方法、传感器技术、计算机视觉3个方面综述了奶牛乳房炎检测技术的发展。传统方法从理化性质和生物分子学方面分析乳汁样品准确判断乳房炎,但操作过程复杂,需要用到特定的实验设备和专业人员进行操作;基于传感器技术的乳房炎检测技术,通过分析乳房特征和乳汁的理化性质准确判断乳房炎,较大程度上保障了动物福利,但传感器的操作和部署容易引起动物应激反应;基于计算机视觉的乳房炎检测技术,利用数字化技术全流程、自动检测乳房炎,避免动物应激反应,但检测精度有待提升。最后,本文讨论了目前奶牛乳房炎检测技术存在的低精度、时效性差和自动化不足等问题,并展望了乳房炎检测技术的发展趋势,提出了未来的研究方向。本文旨在为奶牛养殖业提供高效、准确、便于应用的乳房炎检测技术与方法,以实现精准畜牧和科学管理。 Mastitis,as a common and far-reaching disease in the dairy cattle breeding industry,its accurate and rapid detection is crucial for ensuring the health of dairy cows and the quality of dairy products.Currently,although certain progress has been made in mastitis detection technology,numerous challenges remain.This paper reviewed the development of dairy cow mastitis detection technology in three aspects,i.e.,traditional methods,sensor technology,and computer vision.Traditional methods accurately de-termine the mastitis by analyzing milk samples based on physicochemical properties and biomolecular science,however,these pro-cesses are complex and require specialized equipment and trained personnel.Sensor-based detection technologies accurately deter-mine mastitis by analyzing udder characteristics and physicochemical properties of milk,which largely guarantee animal welfare,but the deployment of sensors may induce stress in the animals.In contrast,computer vision technologies utilize digital methods for com-prehensive and automated mastitis detection,minimizing stress responses in animals,though their accuracy still requires improve-ment.Finally,this paper discussed the problems of low accuracy,poor timeliness and insufficient automation in current detection technologies of dairy cow mastitis.It also anticipated future trends in detection methods and suggests directions for further research.The aim was to provide an efficient,accurate and convenient research reference for the detection technology and method of mastitis in dairy farming,ultimately promoting precise animal husbandry and scientific management.
