摘要
目的探讨少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎对患者炎症反应的改善作用,评估综合疗效。方法实施“随机分组法”将2023年1月-2024年6月收治的60例寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者分为两组,每组30例,对照组应用常规抗生素治疗,观察组联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗。记录症状缓解时间,对比治疗前后的局部体征和症状分级评分、炎症反应指标,评估综合疗效。结果观察组患者各症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项局部体征评分、症状分级评分以及各项炎症反应指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎在西医抗生素治疗基础上联合中药少腹逐瘀汤治疗,能积极减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,综合疗效较好。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the inflammatory response of patients with cold dampness stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and evaluate the comprehensive efficacy.Methods Sixty patients with cold dampness stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,while the observation group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.Record the time of symptom improvement,compare the local signs and symptom grading scores,inflammatory response indicators before and after treatment,and evaluate the comprehensive efficacy.Results The improvement time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of various local signs,symptom grading,and inflammatory response indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than the control group’s 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Western medicine antibiotics and Traditional Chinese Medicine Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can actively reduce inflammatory reactions,improve clinical symptoms,and achieve good comprehensive efficacy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold dampness stagnation.
