浅埋煤层坚硬顶板锚杆支护技术研究 被引量:1

Study on bolt supporting technology for hard roof of shallow buried coal seam

摘要 针对开采坚硬顶板浅埋煤层在支护可靠的基础上节约支护成本,提高锚杆支护施工进度的问题,以库车某矿下10煤层西翼回风巷巷道为工程背景,采用围岩性质测试及围岩稳定性分析的方法,研究了坚硬顶板浅埋煤层围岩结构特征。结果表明,巷道顶板坚硬、埋藏浅且完整性较好,属于Ⅲ类、中等稳定围岩;巷道围岩松动圈属于Ⅲ类、中松动圈,一般稳定围岩;支护方案采用锚索网支护;经数值模拟计算得到锚杆间距为1000mm,最大排距不超过1200mm,巷道掘进空顶距不宜超过3m,遇顶板破碎、巷帮稳定性降低、遭遇地质构造、巷道断面增加、相邻采掘活动影响等情况下,空顶距控制在1 m以下。 Aiming at the problem of saving supporting cost and improving the construction progress of bolt supporting on the basis of reliable supporting in the mining of shallow buried coal seam with hard roof,taking the west wing return airway roadway of lower 10 coal seam in a mine in Kuqa as the engineering background,the structural characteristics of surrounding rock in shallow buried coal seam with hard roof were studied by means of property test and stability analysis of surrounding rock.The results show that the roof of the roadway is hard,shallow buried,and has good integrity,belonging to Class Ⅲ,moderately stable surrounding rock;the loose circle of roadway surrounding rock belongs to Class Ⅲ/middle loose circle,generally stable surrounding rock;the supporting scheme adopts anchor cable net supporting;the numerical simulation shows that the bolt spacing is 1000 mm,the maximum row spacing is not more than 1200 mm,and the empty roof distance of roadway excavation should not exceed 3 m,in the case of broken roof,reduced stability of roadway side,geological structure,increased roadway section and adjacent mining activities,the empty roof distance is controlled below 1 m.
