矿井钻孔轨迹测量实时监测技术

Real-time monitoring technology of mine drilling trajectory measurement

摘要 针对煤矿井下钻孔轨迹测量及监测技术研究及应用较少,无法实现钻孔轨迹的实时显示、无法指导后续钻孔施工的问题,利用钻孔轨迹实时监测技术及显示处理系统,实现钻孔轨迹实时测量与二维、三维显示。该系统硬件由矿用电磁波随钻测量系统或矿用随钻钻孔轨迹仪组成,系统软件功能包括钻孔轨迹数据实时传输、钻孔轨迹计算、巷道及钻孔轨迹二维和三维显示。钻孔轨迹数据实时传输模块将煤矿井下测量的钻孔轨迹数据实时传输至地面,钻孔数据处理实现钻孔轨迹的计算,钻孔轨迹三维建模将钻孔轨迹、煤层走向等信息通过三维方式显示。实践表明,利用随钻测量系统监测技术对钻孔轨迹进行监测,可有效控制钻孔轨迹,利于煤矿瓦斯抽采与施工安全。 The research and application of drilling trajectory measurement and monitoring technology in coal mine are few,which can not realize the real-time display of drilling trajectory and guide the subsequent drilling construction.The real-time measurement and two-dimensional and three-dimensional display of drilling trajectory were realized by using drilling trajectory real-time monitoring technology and display processing system.The hardware of the system was composed of mining electromagnetic wave measurement system while drilling or mining trajectory instrument while drilling.The software functions of the system include real-time transmission of drilling trajectory data,drilling trajectory calculation,two-dimensional and three-dimensional display of roadway and drilling trajectory.Real-time transmission of drilling trajectory data transmits the drilling trajectory data measured underground to the ground in real-time.The drilling data processing realizes the calculation of drilling trajectory.The three-dimensional modeling of drilling trajectory displays the drilling trajectory,coal seam strike and other information in three-dimensional way.The practice shows that using the monitoring technology of the measurement system while drilling to monitor the drilling trajectory can effectively control the drilling trajectory,which is conducive to gas drainage and construction safety in coal mine.
