摘要
研究了经不同温度加热后,轴承钢表面高温锰系磷化膜微观形貌及外观、膜重、耐蚀性的变化规律,从微观角度分析了不同温度加热后磷化膜性能的变化。结果表明,随着温度的升高,磷化膜由灰黑色逐渐变为黄色,膜重总体变化不大,磷化膜表面结晶逐渐破裂,耐中性盐雾性能逐渐降低。
The change laws in microstructure,appearance,coating mass per unit area and corrosion resistance of hightemperature manganese phosphate coating on surface of bearing steel are studied after heating at different temperatures.The changes in properties of the coating after heating at different temperatures are analyzed from a microscopic perspective.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the coating gradually changes from gray black to yellow,and the overall change in coating mass per unit area is not significant.The crystallization on surface of the coating ruptures by degrees,and the resistance to neutral salt spray gradually decreases.
