摘要
数字平台的迅猛发展带动数字经济腾飞,使数字经济成为驱动经济增长的重要引擎。平台经济作为数字经济的重要组成部分,对产业数字化进程起到了不可或缺的推动作用。在充分认识其创新运行机理及显著正面效果的同时,也必须正视平台经济存在的一些负面问题,如滥用市场势力和数据优势,损害用户利益,扭曲市场竞争,长远来看,这不利于经济的健康可持续发展。本文在剖析平台运行机理、审视发展现状及反思存在的问题的基础上提出,平台应更好地在撮合交易中来承担起诚信责任,为用户提供优质、特色服务,以维护和优化市场健康秩序,促进更广泛的低成本交易。未来,需要进一步正本清源,充分挖掘平台经济的数据优势,推动数字经济与实体经济的深度融合。这是加速实体经济高质量发展、建设现代化产业体系的战略选择,也是培育新质生产力、助力现代化建设的必由之路。
With the rapid development of digital technology,the digital economy has taken off and become an important engine driving economic growth.As a key component of the digital economy’s leading position,the platform economy has made irreplaceable contributions to industrial digitalization.While fully recognizing its innovative operating mechanism and significant positive effects,it is also necessary to address some negative issues in the platform economy,such as the abuse of market power and data advantages,which simultaneously harm users'interests and distort market competition.In the long run,this is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the economy.Based on an analysis of the operating mechanism of platforms,a review of the current development status,and reflection on existing problems,this paper proposes that platforms should better assume the responsibility of honest matchmaking in transactions,provide users with high-quality and distinctive services,maintain and optimize a healthy market order,and promote more extensive lowcost transactions.Further tapping into the data advantages of the platform economy,while promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,is not only a strategic choice to accelerate the high-quality development of the real economy and build a modern industrial system,but also an important path to cultivating new,high-quality productive forces and boosting modernization.
