摘要
为进一步探究矿用离心通风机的效率提升策略,以G4-73型煤矿用离心通风机为研究对象,针对其蜗壳结构存在的旋涡损失和影响通风机运行效率的问题,提出一种扩散型蜗壳结构优化设计方法,以此对蜗壳结构和主要参数设计进行探索。在此基础上,进一步基于流方程及流体动力学原理,对不同扩散角参数下的蜗壳结构的性能进行分析测试,确定在前后扩散角均为25°时,该扩散型蜗壳结构能够达到相对较优的性能,在常见工况下,离心通风机的效率约提升2.21%。
In order to further explore the efficiency improvement strategy of mine centrifugal fan,this paper takes G4-73 coal mine centrifugal fan as the research object,aiming at the vortex loss existing in its volute structure and the problems affecting the operation efficiency of the fan,proposes an optimal design method of diffused volute structure,and explores the design of the volute structure and main parameters.On this basis,based on the turbulence equation and the principle of fluid dynamics,the performance of the volute structure under different diffusion Angle parameters is analyzed and tested.It is determined that when the front and back diffusion Angle is 25o,the diffused volute structure can achieve relatively better performance.Under common working conditions,the efficiency of the centrifugal fan is increased by about 2.21%.
