基于钢轨廓形优化的动车组异常振动问题分析及治理

摘要 为解决某高速铁路CRH5A型动车组车体异常振动的问题,结合现场调查数据,对比分析了抖动和非抖动区段的钢轨廓形质量、钢轨廓形偏差、轮轨接触关系和实测车体振动加速度特性,研究了钢轨廓形偏差和车轮踏面磨耗对轮轨接触关系的影响,从轮轨关系角度分析了动车组异常振动的主要原因,进而提出利用钢轨廓形打磨优化钢轨廓形的解决方案。结果表明:打磨后钢轨廓形质量和轨面状态明显改善;等效锥度处于合理范围,轮轨接触点分布更加均匀,轮轨接触关系明显改善;车体横向和垂向振动加速度幅值明显减小,振动主频消除,添乘无车体异常振动现象;动车组车载数据超限次数大幅减少。研究结果为提升动车组运行稳定性、预防动车组异常振动问题提供参考。 To solve the abnormal vibration of the high-speed railway CRH5A EMUs,combined with on-site investigation data,a comparative analysis was conducted on the quality of rail profile,rail profile deviation,wheel-rail contact relationship,and measured body vibration acceleration characteristics between the shaking and non-shaking sections.The influence of rail profile deviation and wheel tread wear on the wheel-rail contact relationship was studied.The main causes of abnormal vibration of EMUs were analyzed from the perspective of wheel-rail relationship.Subsequently,a solution was proposed to optimize the rail profile by rail profile grinding.The results showed that the quality of the rail profile and the rail surface state were significantly improved after grinding.The equivalent conicity after grinding was within a reasonable range,and the contact points was more evenly distributed,indicating a significant improvement in the wheel-rail contact relationship.The amplitude of lateral and vertical vibration acceleration was significantly decreased,the main vibration frequency was eliminated,and no abnormal vibrations were observed during rides.Additionally,the number of over-limit occurrences in the EMUs’onboard data was drastically decreased.The findings of this study provide a reference for enhancing the operational stability of EMUs and preventing abnormal vibration issues.
