2023年肥城市食源性疾病监测结果分析

摘要 目的:分析2023年肥城市食源性疾病病例的流行特征,为开展食源性疾病精准防控提供参考依据。方法:以2023年肥城市监测的18869例食源性疾病病例为研究对象,分析不同月份、人群的分布特征。结果:可疑食物以水果类及其制品为主,其次为蔬菜类及其制品。3月份出现病例数最多,其次为10月份,主要影响农民群体。结论:2023年肥城市食源性疾病流行情况较为严峻,提示相关部门应持续加强农村集市及城乡接合部的食品安全监管。 Objective:To analyze the epidemic characteristics of food-borne disease cases in Feicheng city in 2023,and to provide reference for the precise prevention and control of food-borne diseases.Method:A total of 18869 cases of food-borne diseases monitored in Feicheng city in 2023 were studied,and the distribution characteristics of different months and populations were analyzed.Result:The main suspect foods were fruits and their products,followed by vegetables and their products.The largest number of cases occurred in March,followed by October,mainly affecting farmers.Conclusion:The prevalence of food-borne diseases in Feicheng city in 2023 is serious,suggesting that relevant departments should continue to strengthen food safety in rural markets and urban and rural fringe areas.
