钢混塔架风电机组承台桩基础设计分析

摘要 随着风电制造技术发展,风电机组单机容量持续增大,陆上风电场主流机型已经从2000年的1 MW增加到目前的5~7 MW,塔架高度也相应达到150~180 m,工程上一般采用钢混塔架。钢混塔架基础体型复杂,对结构设计要求更高,因此研究钢混塔架风电机组基础设计具有十分重要的意义。通过工程实例,对钢混塔架承台桩基础承台抗弯计算、抗剪计算及抗冲切计算进行分析,全面分析承台桩基础结构设计中的关键性问题,为钢混塔架风电机组承台桩基础设计提供一定的参考。 With the advancement of wind power manufacturing technology,the capacity of individual wind turbines has continuously increased.The mainstream models for onshore wind farms have grown from 1 MW in 2000 to 5~7 MW today,and tower heights have correspondingly reached 150~180 m.Generally,steel-concrete towers are employed in such projects.The foundations for steel-concrete towers are more complex and impose higher design requirements,making the study of their foundation design highly significant.This paper,based on engineering case studies,analyzes critical design aspects of pile foundation for steel-concrete towers,including the flexural,shear,and punching shear calculations of the platform.It comprehensively examines the key issues in the structural design of pile foundations,providing valuable references for the design of pile foundations for steel-concrete tower wind turbines.
