摘要
本文以青海J高职学院为例,探讨奶畜专业产教融合协同治理的实践路径与成效。研究发现,通过校企合作、人才培养、教师队伍建设、社会服务等创新举措和实践成果,青海J高职学院奶畜专业实现人才培养质量显著提升,教师队伍建设成效显著,社会服务能力增强,校企合作深度推进。本文为我国高职教育产教融合提供有益借鉴和启示,提出完善政策体系、深化校企合作、提升教师素质、发挥政府引导作用、优化资源配置等建议,促进高职教育产教融合进一步发展。
This paper took the dairy livestock specialty of Qinghai J Higher Vocational College as an example to explore the practical path and effect of the integration of industry and education collaborative governance.The study found that through innovative measures and practical achievements such as school-enterprise cooperation,talent cultivation,teacher team building and social services,the dairy livestock specialty in Qinghai J Higher Vocational College has achieved a significant improvement in the quality of talent cultivation,notable achievements in teacher team building,enhanced social service capabilities and in-depth advancement of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper provided beneficial reference and enlightenment for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education in China,and proposed suggestions for improving the policy systems,deepening the schoolenterprise cooperation,enhancing the teacher quality,playing the guiding role of government and optimizing the resource allocation to promote the further development of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education.
