摘要
为探明不同孔径、不同角度、不同方位及不同胸径下,马尾松对自流式打孔注干药剂吸收情况,采用5%阿维菌素、22.8%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和10%甲维·吡虫啉3种药剂进行注干试验。结果表明:随着孔径的增加,马尾松对3种药液吸收的能力趋强,10 mm孔径的吸收量高于6 mm和8 mm的;随着角度的增加,马尾松对3种药液吸收的能力也趋强,甲维·吡虫啉药液吸收量随着角度增加而增大,阿维菌素和甲维盐在45°和60°吸收量差异不明显,但均高于30°,且差异显著;在不同方位上,3种药液在南方位的吸收效量均高于其余3个方位,且差异显著;随着胸径的增加,马尾松对3种药液吸收的能力增强,其中胸径大于30 cm的马尾松可在0.5 h内吸收完甲维盐和甲维·吡虫啉;在相同剂量下,阿维菌素可在20 min内被吸收完,而甲维盐和甲维·吡虫啉需要1 h以上。
In order to find out the absorption of self-flow drilling trunk-injection agents by Pinus massoniana under different pore sizes, different angles, different orientations and different DBHs, three agents including 5% abamectin, 22.8% emamectin benzoate and 10% emamectin·imidacloprid were used for trunk-injection test.The results showed that with the increase of pore size, the ability of Pinus massoniana to absorb the three kinds of liquid medicine was stronger, and the absorption amount of 10 mm pore size was higher than that of 6 mm and 8 mm.With the increase of the angle, the ability of Pinus massoniana to absorb the three kinds of liquid medicine was also stronger, and the absorption of emamectin · imidacloprid increased with the increase of the angle. The absorption of abamectin and emamectin benzoate at 45° and 60° was not significantly different, but both were higher than 30°,at which the difference was significant.In different directions, the absorption efficiency of the three kinds of liquid medicine in the southern position was higher than that in the other three directions, and the difference was significant. With the increase of DBH,the ability of Pinus massoniana to absorb the three kinds of liquid medicine was enhanced, and Pinus massoniana with DBH greater than 30 cm could absorb emamectin benzoate and emamectin · imidacloprid within 0.5 h. At the same dose, abamectin could be absorbed within 20 min, while emamectin benzoate and emamectin · imidacloprid needed more than 1 h.
