摘要
随着油气公司数智化趋势的发展,采用智能化模式的测井技术逐渐增多。为了解决常规测井占井时间长、施工成本高、效率低、人员劳动强度大等测井难点,远程测井技术应运而生。通过无线传输技术实现了对测井设备的远程操控,使专家及各技术、安全人员能够在控制中心远程查看、分析数据,并根据分析结果调整测井参数,确保作业的高质量、高效率和安全性。研究结果表明:①所建立的新型远程测控系统在测井施工中适用性高;②通过远程测控技术的应用,实现了对多井次测井曲线的实时监控与传输,并可以及时解决现场异常状况,减少占井时间,节约作业成本,实现人力资源优化;③推广应用新型远程测控技术,对于后续深入突破线上测井关键核心技术,进行跨井区、跨科室的协同创新研究具有指导意义。
Smart logging technologies have been increasingly applied to petroleum companies with the digital and intelli-gent advancement.Especially remote skills emerge as the times require to resolve difficulties in conventional logging,such as long well occupation time,big logging costs,low efficiency and high labor intensity.Remote control of logging equip-ment can be attained by means of wireless transmission,so that experts as well as technical and safety personnel can exam-ine and analyze data,and regulate parameters to guarantee all logging operation in high quality,efficiency and safety.Re-sults show that(i)the established new remote control system is well applicable to logging operation;(ii)its application ac-quires real-time monitoring and transferring logging curves from numerous wells,solves on-site abnormalities in time,re-duces well occupation time and logging costs,and optimizes human resources;and(iii)promoting this system is of guiding significance for next breakthrough made in core online logging technologies,and collaborative innovation across well areas and departments.
