纯电动公交车空气压缩机故障浅析

摘要 随着纯电动公交车的发展,其空气压缩机的驱动方式发生了改变,电驱动空气压缩机得到广泛应用。本文介绍了电驱动空气压缩机及其应用现状,从日常使用和维修角度分析电驱动空气压缩机故障的原因,并提出减少电驱动空气压缩机故障的措施,以降低纯电动公交车故障率及电量消耗,增加车辆续驶里程。 With the development of pure electric buses,the driving mode of the air compressor has changed,and the electric drive air compressor has been widely used.This paper introduces the status quo of electrically driven air compressors and their applications,analyzes the causes of electrically driven air compressor failures from the perspective of daily use and maintenance,and proposes measures to reduce the failure rate and power consumption of pure electric buses,and increases the driving range of vehicles.
