摘要
首先使用X射线衍射(XRD)对硫化锂进行定性,再使用双氧水将硫化锂氧化成硫酸锂,然后使用原子吸收分光光度法测定锂含量,重量法测定硫含量,间接得出硫化锂的含量。通过对测锂、硫间接得出的硫化锂含量进行F检验、t检验,这两种方式得出的硫化锂数据精密度及结果均值不存在显著性差异,但重量法测硫酸根过程较长且复杂,故选择通过将硫化锂氧化成硫酸锂后,再测定其锂含量间接得出硫化锂的主含量。结果表明,该方法精密度较好,相对标准偏差小于1.0%,加标回收率为98.87%~100.04%,准确度较高。
