摘要
                
                    利用水热溶液反应法制备ZnO,通过X射线粉末衍射和扫描电子显微镜对制备获得的ZnO进行表征,以Zn(NO_(3))_(2)和C_(6)H_(12)N_(4)溶液为原料,在75℃水热条件反应6h能够获得多针状氧化锌纤维。利用硅烷偶联剂改性氧化锌后,与环氧树脂按等质量比例混合,超声振动分散获得氧化锌环氧吸波涂层,3mm涂层吸波频段具有一定宽度,微波衰减-15dB以下的频率跨度接近5GHz左右,微波衰减最大值为-27.5dB。
                
                ZnO was prepared using a hydrothermal solution reaction method.The prepared ZnO was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Using Zn(NO_(3))_(2)andC_(6)H_(12)N_(4) solution as raw materials,multiple needles could be obtained by reacting under hydrothermal conditions at 75℃ for 6 hours.Like zinc oxide fiber.After modifying zinc oxide with a silane coupling agent,it is mixed with epoxy resin in equal mass proportions and dispersed by ultrasonic vibration to obtain a zinc oxide epoxy absorbing coating.The 3mm coating's absorbing frequency band has a certain width,and the microwave attenuation is below-15dB.The frequency span is close to about 5GHz,and the maximum microwave attenuation is-27.5dB.
