摘要
本文通过整理包含半夏组方及半夏炮制方法的古籍文献,总结半夏应用的沿革,并对半夏成分现代研究及炮制前后化学成分的变化及对其药理作用影响的研究进展等进行综述,总结讨论不同半夏炮制品的临床应用选择,为半夏临床合理用药提供参考。
This article summarizes the history of the application of Pinelliae Rhizoma by reviewing the ancient books and literature about the compatibility and processing methods of Pinelliae Rhizoma.Furthermore,it reviews the modern research progress in the components,the changes of chemical composition before and after processing,and the pharmacological effects of Pinelliae Rhizoma.It summarizes and discusses the clinical application of different Pinelliae Rhizoma processed products,providing reference for the rational use of Pinelliae Rhizoma in clinical practice.
