摘要
随着科技的快速发展和精密制造技术的不断进步,旋转密封圈在各类旋转设备中的应用日益广泛。旋转密封圈能够确保设备在高速运转时,既能实现润滑油的循环与供应,又能有效防止油液泄漏,保证设备的稳定与安全运行。本文旨在探讨旋转密封圈安装过程中的关键技术问题,并提出一种新型的旋转密封圈安装工装。该工装结构简单、操作便捷、安全可靠,可有效提高旋转密封圈的安装精度和效率,避免安装过程中的损伤,从而延长密封圈的使用寿命,保障设备的正常运行。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous progress of precision manufacturing technology,rotary seals are increasingly widely used in various types of rotating equipment.Rotary seals can ensure that the equipment can realize the circulation and supply of lubricating oil when it is running at high speed,and also can effectively prevent the leakage of oil,so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the key technical issues in the installation process of rotary seals,and put forward a new type of rotary seal installation tooling.The tooling is simple in structure,convenient in operation,safe and reliable,which can effectively improve the installation accuracy and efficiency of the rotary seal,avoid the damage in the installation process,thus prolonging the service life of the seal and guaranteeing the normal operation of the equipment.
