摘要
文章对海水浊度测量仪校准结果的不确定度进行重新评定以满足校准工作中准确进行不确定度评定的需要。与JJF1571—2016《海水浊度测量仪校准规范》附录C中给出的校准结果测量不确定度评定示例相比,主要变化为对技术规范给出的测量模型进行数学转换,确定测量结果不确定度的表示形式应该以不确定度而不是相对不确定度的形式给出;同时对海水浊度标准溶液配制的数学模型进行转化,确定标准溶液配制引入的不确定度应使用相对标准不确定度进行评定。对两个数学模型的简单转化不会影响各个变量的数量关系,但是厘清了不确定度评定过程使用相对标准不确定度和标准不确定度的逻辑关系,从而提高计量工作人员对该不确定度评定过程的理解。该评定过程对JJF1793—2020《海水营养盐测量仪校准规范》中给出的海水营养盐测量仪的不确定度评定也有一定的参考意义。
This article re evaluates the uncertainty of the calibration results of seawater turbidity meters to meet the needs of accurate uncertainty assessment in calibration work.Compared with the example of uncertainty evaluation for calibration results provided in Appendix C of JJF1571-2016"Calibration Specification for Seawater Turbidity Measuring Instruments",the main change is to mathematically transform the measurement model provided in the technical specification,and determine that the expression of measurement uncertainty should be in the form of uncertainty rather than relative uncertainty;At the same time,the mathematical model for preparing seawater turbidity standard solution should be transformed,and the uncertainty introduced in the preparation of standard solution should be evaluated using relative standard uncertainty.The simple transformation of two mathematical models does not affect the quantitative relationship of each variable,but clarifies the logical relationship between the use of relative standard uncertainty and standard uncertainty in the uncertainty evaluation process,thereby improving the understanding of the uncertainty evaluation process by metrology personnel.This evaluation process also has certain reference significance for the uncertainty evaluation of seawater nutrient measuring instruments provided in JJF1793-2020"Calibration Specification for Seawater Nutrient Measuring Instruments".
