本文深入研究了桥梁T构转体施工的关键技术及其质量控制措施,以具体工程实践为例,详细剖析了转体系统的设计与安装、梁体平衡调整以及监测等关键环节,并提出了多项创新的技术措施。研究内容包括球铰加工与运输质量控制、球铰骨架精密调整技术、承台混凝土浇筑方案优化、下球铰下部混凝土浇筑质量强化、转体T构两侧力矩平衡控制技术等。通过高精度测量设备实时监测转体过程,确保施工安全与质量。研究成果为类似桥梁转体施工提供了宝贵经验和参考。
This article delves into the key technologies and quality control measures for the construction of bridge T-shaped structures.Taking specific engineering practices as examples,it analyzes in detail the design and installation of the rotation system,beam balance adjustment,and monitoring,and proposes multiple innovative technical measures.The research content includes quality control of ball joint processing and transportation,precision adjustment technology of ball joint skeleton,optimization of concrete pouring scheme for bearing platform,strengthening of concrete pouring quality at the lower part of the ball joint,and torque balance control technology on both sides of the rotating T-shaped structure.Real time monitoring of the rotation process through high-precision measuring equipment ensures construction safety and quality.The research results provide valuable experience and reference for similar bridge rotation construction.
