摘要
通过真空熔炼工艺制备了Cu-1.2Zr-0.3Mg-0.15Y合金。在变形温度为750~900℃及应变速率为0.003~1 s^(-1)的条件下,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机对该合金进行了热压缩实验,并通过电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究合金的微观结构。结果表明,合金的变形激活能为466.98 kJ/mol,在应变量为0.3和0.6时的最佳加工参数分别为变形温度780~900℃,应变速率0.003~0.01 s^(-1)和变形温度810~880℃,应变速率0.003~0.01 s^(-1)。在热压缩过程中观察到合金的流变应力随着变形温度的升高和应变速率的降低显著降低,且随着动态再结晶发生,合金中的黄铜(Brass)织构和高斯(Goss)织构减少,铜(Copper)织构先增加后减少,立方(Cube)织构逐渐增多。
Cu-1.2Zr-0.3Mg-0.15Y alloy was prepared by vacuum melting process.Under the conditions of deformation temperature of 750-900 ℃ and strain rate of 0.003-1 s^(-1),hot compression experiments were conducted on the alloy using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine,and the microstructure of the alloy was studied by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) technique.The results show that the deformation activation energy of the alloy is 466.98 kJ/mol,and the optimal processing parameters at strains of 0.3 and 0.6 are deformation temperature of 780-900 ℃,strain rate of 0.003-0.01 s^(-1),and deformation temperature of 810-880 ℃,strain rate of 0.003-0.01 s^(-1),respectively.During the hot compression,it is observed that the flow stress of the alloy significantly decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate.Moreover,as dynamic recrystallization occurs,the Brass and Goss textures in the alloy decrease,the Copper texture first increases and then decreases,and the Cube texture gradually increases.
