摘要
目的分析针对性护理在老年急性胆囊炎(AC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月-2024年1月如皋博爱医院收治的70例老年AC患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理。比较两组患者恢复情况、依从性、疼痛程度及自我管理能力。结果护理后,观察组患者术后首次下床活动时间、首次进食时间、首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组依从性、自我管理能力评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组依从性,自我管理能力中的日常生活管理、症状管理、与医护人员沟通、自我效能等项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理能够有效缩短老年AC患者术后首次下床活动、进食及排气时间,降低术后疼痛程度,提高其依从性和自我管理能力,促进康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis(AC).Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with AC admitted to Rugao Boai Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.Recovery,compliance,pain degree and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the first time of getting out of bed,the first time of eating and the first time of exhaust in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of compliance and self-management ability in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of compliance,daily life management,symptom management,communication with medical staff,and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can effectively shorten the time of getting out of bed for the first time,eating and exventilating,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve the compliance and self-management ability of elderly AC patients,and promote rehabilitation.
