摘要
加快“一带一路”数字贸易发展水平建设,推动我国贸易高质量发展,对我国在新发展格局背景下促进国内国际双循环、实现双边贸易高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。本文根据数字贸易发展水平对双边贸易高质量发展的作用机理构建指标体系,通过熵值法对“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易发展水平和双边贸易高质量发展水平进行测度,基于2011~2020年49个“一带一路”沿线国家面板数据,实证分析数字贸易发展水平对我国贸易高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究表明,“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易发展水平的提高有利于推动双边贸易高质量发展,且存在区域异质性。作用机制检验表明,“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易发展水平会通过贸易成本效益、贸易便利效益两个重要渠道作用于双边贸易高质量发展。该结论为促进我国贸易高质量发展研究提供了实证结果支持。
Speed up the development level of“Belt and Road”digital trade and improve the quality of our export trade,it is of great practical significance to realize high-quality develop⁃ment of foreign trade.Based on the panel data of 49“Belt and Road”countries from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs a set of indicators to assess the development level of digital trade in“Belt and Road”countries and the high-quality development of Chinese export trade,em⁃pirical analysis of the impact of the development of digital trade on the high-quality develop⁃ment of our foreign trade and the role of the mechanism.The research shows that the improve⁃ment of the development level of digital trade in the Belt and Road countries is conducive to the high-quality development of our foreign trade,and there is regional heterogeneity,the devel⁃opment level of digital trade in the countries along the route will affect the high-quality devel⁃opment of our foreign trade through two important channels:trade cost-effectiveness and trade facilitation-effectiveness.In a word,the result of this paper shows that digital trade can pro⁃mote the high-quality development of our countrys foreign trade.
