复杂适应系统理论下学校体育高质量发展的逻辑理路、困境审视及实践方略

Logical Pathways,Dilemma Examination and Practical Strategies for the High-Quality Development of School Physical Education Under the Theory of Complex Adaptive Systems

摘要 围绕我国人才培养“五育并举”和学校体育“四位一体”的新任务、新目标,立足复杂适应系统理论视角,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,系统剖析学校体育高质量发展的逻辑理路、现实困境,并提出实践方略。研究认为,学校体育高质量发展的逻辑理路涵盖了环境革新目标驱动、权威保障规制引导、主体适应行为博弈3个方面,但目前仍存在多系统合作协调机制亟待完善、软硬件短板明显且发展后劲不足、基础教学环节任务落实保障缺乏有效支撑等现实困境。据此,提出实践方略:宏观环境政策引导,借助人才聚力推进系统联动;中观科技创新赋能,打造资源优化和均衡共享引擎;微观提升主体协同内驱力,促进新时代新任务贯彻落实。 Focusing on the new tasks and goals of the“Simultaneous Advancement of Five Dimensions of Education”for talent cultivation and the“Four-in-One”approach for school physical education in China,based on the perspective of complex adaptive systems theory,this study employs literature review and logical analysis to systematically dissect the logical pathways and practical dilemmas of high-quality development in school physial education,and propose the practical strategies.It identifies that the logical pathways for the high-quality development of school physical education encompass three aspects:goal-driven of environmental innovation,regulatory guidance of authoritative assurance,and behavioral game of subject adaptation.However,there are current practical dilemmas,including the urgent need to improve multi-system cooperation and coordination mechanisms,significant shortcomings in both software and hardware infrastructure coupled with insufficient developmental momentum,and a lack of effective support for the implementation and assurance of tasks in basic teaching stages.Base on these,the practical strategies are proposed:Advancing system linkage by the collective strength of talents,through the guidance of environmental policies at macro-level;Creating engines for resource optimization and balanced sharing,through the empowerment of technological innovation at meso-level;Promoting the implementation of new tasks in the new era,through enhancing the intrinsic drive for collaboration among stakeholders at micro-level.
