摘要
目的:观察归元饮对干燥综合征(SS)合并抑郁症疗效及对神经内分泌系统的影响。方法:选取90例SS合并抑郁症患者为研究对象,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组给予归元饮口服,观察并比较两组患者疗效及其对神经内分泌指标的影响。结果:治疗后观察组中医证候积分(11.08±1.26)分低于对照组(17.53±2.32)分。治疗后,观察组干燥综合征疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)和干燥综合征患者自我报告指数(ESSPRI)评分分别为(5.64±0.70)分、(4.25±0.62)分均低于对照组ESSDAI(6.79±0.98)分、ESSPRI(5.43±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分分别为(37.39±3.41)分、(40.31±3.61)分、(6.29±2.32)分,低于对照组SAS(44.95±4.23)分、SDS(49.76±4.13)分、PSQI(10.81±3.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)分别为(83.68±7.39)pg/ml、(231.79±23.74)ng/ml、(571.39±60.14)ng/ml,高于对照组DA(64.75±6.43)pg/ml、5-HT(182.82±22.25)ng/ml、NE(523.84±57.85)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归元饮能有效减轻SS合并抑郁症患者的临床症状,促进对SS原发病的控制,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量,其机制可能与该方能调节SS抑郁症患者神经递质水平,纠正神经内分泌功能紊乱有关。
Objective:To observe effects of Guiyuan Yin on efficacy and neuroendocrine system of sjogren’s(SS)syndrome with depression.Methods:Ninety patients with SS and depression were selected as research subjects.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group took Guiyuan decoction orally.The efficacy of the two groups and its effect on neuroendocrine indicators were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group(11.08±1.26)were significantly lower than that in the control group(17.53±2.32)(P<0.05).After treatment,ESSDAI and ESSPRI were(5.64±0.70)and(4.25±0.62),which were significantly lower than those in the control group(6.79±0.98)and(5.43±0.86)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group’s SAS,SDS and PSQI scores were(37.39±3.41),(40.31±3.61)and(6.29±2.32)respectively,significantly lower than those in the control group(44.95±4.23),(49.76±4.13),(10.81±3.24).After treatment,the levels of dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and norepinephrine(NE)in the observation group were(83.68±7.39)pg/ml,(231.79±23.74)ng/ml,(571.39±60.14)ng/ml,significantly higher than those in the control group which were(64.75±6.43)pg/ml,(182.82±22.25)ng/ml,(523.84±57.85)ng/ml respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiyuan Yin can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of SS depression,promote control of the primary SS disease,relieve patients’anxiety and depression,and improve sleep quality.The mechanism may be related to the beneficial effect of the formula on regulating neurotransmitter levels and correcting neuroendocrine dysfunction in patients with SS depression.
