摘要
精密零件的加工制造依赖于高刚度的支撑运行部件,以不同于传统结构的六沟槽滚珠直线导轨副为对象,并在考虑滑块裙部扩张变形的基础上,构建了垂直接触刚度模型。首先对新提出模型进行了弹性接触模型的建模,以接触变形和接触载荷之间的关系作为理论基础,考虑受载时滑块扩张微小变形、受载方向位移满足的变形、导轨副的受力平衡,建立的理论模型对未知参数进行求解。进行了垂直接触刚度和滑块裙部扩张变形的试验,并结合切片模型的有限元仿真,将试验结果与理论模型进行对比验证。
The manufacturing of precision parts depends on the high stiffness of the supporting parts.In this paper,the vertical contact stiffness model is established based on the six-groove ball linear guide pair,which is different from the traditional structure,and considering the expansion deformation of the slide skirt.Based on the relationship between contact deformation and contact load,the theoretical model is established to solve the unknown parameters,taking into account the small expansion deformation of the slider under load,the deformation satisfied by the load direction displacement,and the force balance of the guide pair.The vertical contact stiffness and slip skirt expansion deformation tests are carried out,and the finite element simulation of slice model is combined to compare the test results with the theoretical model.
