摘要
为了提升企业竞争力,实现可持续发展,需要在保证工程质量的前提下,有效控制工程造价,提高经济效益。文章将从全面成本管理概述出发,构建全面成本管理背景下的建筑工程造价管理体系,并将其应用于实际工程中,为我国建筑行业的持续健康发展贡献一份力量。
In order to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development,enterprises need to effectively control project cost and improve economic benefits on the premise of ensuring project quality.This paper will start from the overview of total cost management,build the construction project cost management system under the background of total cost management,and apply it to practical projects,so as to contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of China̓s construction industry.
