摘要
针对某型动车组出现司机室地板抖动的情况,利用添乘试验、现场钢轨状态测试及仿真分析等手段研究抖车原因,提出整治措施且应用效果良好。添乘试验结果表明,动车组以250 km/h的速度通过抖车区段时,车体地板存在21 Hz左右的振动主频特征;钢轨状态测试结果表明,抖车区段钢轨轨面存在波长3.2 m左右的周期性不平顺;模态仿真结果表明,发生抖车的动车组司机室地板一阶模态频率为22.3 Hz。抖车原因为轨面不平顺与动车组运行速度耦合下,司机室地板振动频率达到21 Hz左右,与其一阶模态频率接近,这引起了司机室地板振动放大现象。利用快速打磨车对抖车区段钢轨打磨4遍后,轨面3.2 m周期性不平顺得到有效控制,抖车情况也得到有效改善。
In response to the occurrence of shaking of the driver′s cab floor in one type of high-speed train,the causes of shaking were studied using methods such as dynamic tests,rail status testing,and simulation analysis,and corrective measures were proposed.The dynamic tests results show that when the high-speed train passes through the shaking section at a speed of 250 km/h,there is a vibration frequency characteristic of around 21 Hz on the vehicle floor.The results of rail status test show that there are periodic irregularities with wavelength of about 3.2 m on the rail surface in the shaking section.The modal simulation results of the carbody of high-speed train show that the first-order modal frequency of the driver′s cab floor is about 22.3 Hz.The reason for the shaking of the train is due to the coupling of track surface roughness and the running speed of the high-speed train.The ground vibration frequency of the carbody reaches 21 Hz,which amplifies the vibration of the driver′s cab floor when it is close to the modal frequency.After grinding the rail in the shaking section for 4 times by using the high-speed grinding train,the periodic irregularity of the rail surface of 3.2 m is effectively controlled,and the shaking situation is also effectively improved.
