摘要
基于预热试验、焊接试验、理论计算等,分析了磨耗钢轨铝热焊接不同工艺特点。结果表明:3 mm高度差的垂磨钢轨焊接,采用轨头对正时,需要对砂型进行预处理,预热过程中要关注新轨一侧钢轨温度分布的均匀性,焊后接头采用常规打磨即可;采用轨底对正时,无需对砂型进行预处理,预热时要关注轨头预热状态,焊后接头需进行轨顶面打磨。
Based on preheating experiments,welding experiments and theoretical calculations,aluminothermic welding process of wear rail was researched.It analyzed the characteristics of different processes.The results indicate that welding of vertical wear rail with a height difference of 3 mm which using rail head alignment method requires pre-treatment to the sand mold.During the preheating process,pay attention to the temperature distribution uniformity of the new rail.After welding,the joint can be ground using conventional methods.Using rail bottom alignment method,there is no need for pretreatment to the sand mold.During the preheating process,pay attention to the temperature distribution uniformity of the rail head.The welded joint needs to be grinded on the top surface.
