摘要
铁路客站雨棚钢结构腐蚀及其防护涂层劣化问题是运营安全隐患之一。钢结构防护涂层受周围环境中复杂因素和电磁场的影响,易发生涂层劣化与钢结构腐蚀现象。目前,电磁场环境下雨棚钢结构涂层劣化及其腐蚀机理方面的研究较少,通过开展电磁场环境对钢结构涂层劣化的影响研究,揭示了钢结构涂层在浸泡试验周期内以及电场强度分别为40 kV/m和160 kV/m环境下的最大吸水率分别约为0.275%和1.34%,最大孔隙率分别约为7×10^(-7)和8×10^(-6);腐蚀介质在涂层中的最大扩散速率分别为6.5×10^(-12) cm^(2)/s和1.38×10^(-10) cm^(2)/s。由此可见,电场强度大小与钢结构涂层的吸水率、孔隙率以及腐蚀介质扩散速率呈正相关,涂层劣化将导致钢结构的腐蚀。
The corrosion of the steel structure of the canopy and the deterioration of its protective coatings in the railway passenger station is one of the potential operational safety hazards.The steel structures occurred serious electrochemical corrosion and it also exposed to the complex environments and electromagnetic field.At present,the corrosion and deterioration mechanism of canopy steel structure and its coatings in electromagnetic field have not been revealed.This study showed that the maximum water absorption rate of steel structure coating in the immersion test period and the electric field intensity of40 kV/m and 160 kV/m were about 0.275%and 1.34%,respectively,and the maximum porosity of steel structure coating was about 7×10~(-7) and 8×10~(-6),respectively.Furthermore,it was showed that the maximum diffusion rate of the corrosive medium was corresponding to 6.5×10~(-12) cm~2/s and 1.38×10~(-10) cm~2/s under the electric field intensity of 40 kV/m and 160 kV/m,respectively.Therefore,the above results were revealed that the intensity of electric field could be positively correlated with the water absorption rate,porosity and diffusion rate of the steel structure coating,and the deterioration of the coating would be led to corrosion of the steel structure.
