摘要
地方农业科研院所的科技服务是推动农业科技成果推广应用,实现科技生产力转化的关键纽带。农业科技服务体系在推动农村社会进步、促进农业发展和提升农业新质生产力等方面具有重要支撑作用。然而,地方农业科研院所的科技服务效能仍未充分发挥。在推进农业现代化和乡村振兴的背景下,创新科技服务机制显得尤为重要。文章针对地方农业科研院所在资源配置、人才留用、服务机制等方面面临的挑战,从建立支持激励机制、建设科技服务平台和建立成效评价体系等方面提出构建地方农业科研院所科技服务创新机制,并探索了科技服务创新机制的实施路径,以推动科技成果的高效转化应用,为农业现代化与乡村振兴提供有力支撑。
The science and technology services provided by local agricultural research institutes are a crucial link in promoting the extension of agricultural science and technology achievements and realizing the transformation of scientific and technological productivity.The agricultural science and technology service system plays an important supporting role in driving rural social progress,promoting agricultural development,and enhancing new-quality agricultural productivity.However,the efficiency of science and technology services in local agricultural research institutes has not been fully utilized.In the context of advancing agricultural modernization and rural revitalization,innovating the mechanism for science and technology services is particularly important.Addressing the challenges faced by local agricultural research institutes in resource allocation,talent retention,and service mechanisms,this article proposed the construction of an innovative mechanism for science and technology services in local agricultural research institutes by establishing support and incentive mechanisms,building science and technology service platforms,and creating an effectiveness evaluation system.It also explored the implementation paths of the innovative mechanism for science and technology services to promote the efficient transformation and application of scientific achievements,providing strong support for agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.
