摘要
在新质生产力背景下,深化工程教育培养体系改革已成为应用型本科高校专业建设的重要内容之一。以安徽工程大学集成电路设计与集成系统专业为例,在深入分析集成电路专业人才培养现状的基础上,从人才培养模式改革探索与实践、改革成效等几个方面展开分析和讨论,依托学校集成电路产业学院,提出了“产业导向、校企融合、互利共赢”的集成电路设计与集成系统专业人才培养新理念,构建了“学校教师—企业导师—行业技培”的多元化人才培养新模式,形成了“基础扎实—实践增强—能力提升—实战有效”的人才培养新体系。
Under the background of new productivity,the deepening reform to engineering education based on training system has become one of the important contents for specialty construction of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Taking the major of integrated circuit design and integrated system in Anhui Polytechnic University as an example,based on the current status in talent training system for integrated circuit,the exploration and practice of talent training mode reform,and the effectiveness of performance of reform are analyzed.Relying on integrated circuit industrial colleges,a new training method for integrated circuit design and integrated system for professional talent training based on“industrial orientation school-enterprise integration,and mutual benefit”has been proposed in this article,a new talent training system based on“intramural teacher,extramural advisor and industry skills training”has been constructed,and a new talent training system of“solid foundation-practice enhancement-ability improvement-practical effectiveness”has been formed.
